Tea time

March 24, 2011

Recently I made a little gift for a friend who is moving on to other things in her life.  I wanted her to have a small reminder of some lovely times we had together over a cuppa.  When it comes to creating 3D craft items, I’m usually stumped.  Fortunately there are a mess load of ladies (and a few guys) who excel at this kind of thing and happily share with others.  So, thanks to Andrea Walford and her lovely sister, Sophia Landry at http://andreawalford.com/, I was able to create a very pretty teabag holder.

All you purist demo types out there, please disregard the retired papers and flowers and just accept the teabag holder for the loveliness it exudes!

Strange how a teapot can represent at the same time

the comforts of solitude

and the pleasures of company.
