One of my favourite co-workers just turned 50 – although no one can believe it as he could easily pass for 30! I made a card last night for the entire staff to give him. So here it is!
Must run and get the kids to school and myself to work.
That wet, white stuff started falling from the sky today – ick! If it would only stay on the trees and grass but not the roads and sidewalks, I’d love it like I did as a kid. At least today, it was slushing out rather than snowing.
Once I had lunch, I headed to the basement to my new craft area to get my butt in gear. I had an order for a few cards that I hadn’t managed to get made yet. So, with the snowflakes falling outside, I started stamping them inside. Add some glue and glitter and you have a batch of similar yet uniquely individual cards – just like those snowflakes!
For some reason, my second photo looks slightly pinkish! Regardless, I think they look lovely – better than the weather. So I stamped a smaller snowflake on the envelope flap and will send them off to my customer tomorrow.
Like what you see? Let me know!
“Oh the weather outside is frightful”
